Whether you are a kid or a kid at heart, Halloween is a fun time to dress up in cheesy costumes, watch scary movies, and of course, eat your body weight in Halloween candy!

So what’s your favorite Halloween candy? Snickers? Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups? Milky Ways? Or are you more of a hard candy type who goes for the Smarties or the Candy Corn? Final question – is your mouth watering yet?!

Let’s be real – no matter how healthy we typically eat, Halloween candy is tempting. And if we just eat a few pieces to celebrate the holiday, then it’s no big deal.
